The kitchen at Valencia uses locally sourced vegetables from the Garhwal valleys and spices from nearby markets in Rishikesh. Every meal is freshly cooked - nothing arrives from a packet, nothing is heated from frozen.
The open-air dining area is on the upper terrace - looking over the resort lawn, the garden, and the forest beyond. The colourful chairs and warm lighting make every meal feel like an occasion.
Predominantly vegetarian. Jain meals on request with 4 hours' notice. Non-veg options also available.
